CARMI – Two Crossville men are facing drug-related charges following a traffic stop late Wednesday night on Stewart Street and James Avenue in Carmi.

Carmi Police say 64-year-old Charles E. Newman was a passenger in the vehicle. He was arrested for Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. He was booked and released at the White County Jail.
Another passenger, 35-year-old David A. Selph, was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance and had an outstanding warrant out of Wayne County. Selph will have to see a judge upon release on the White County charges.
The driver, 35-year-old Devin Ray Ward, also of Crossville, was a suspended driver. He was booked and released at the White County Jail.
