MARION – The following information was released by the Marion Police Department on Wednesday, February 15, 2023.

Curtis Fofar, 33, of Marion has been arrested for Aggravated Domestic Battery in the 800 block of N. Granite St. on February 7, 2023.

James Kranz, 43 of Carbondale has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines and Solicitation of a Sexual Act on February 7, 2023 in the 1300 block of Halfway Rd.

Nicole Adams, 38, of Marion has been arrested for Domestic Battery in the 1700 block of Summer Ln. on February 8, 2023.

Gregory Smith, 48, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on February 10, 2023 in the 1800 block of Bittle Place.

Derrick Webber, 34, of West Frankfort has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines, 2 counts of Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Illegal Transportation of Cannabis, Defective Equipment, No Valid Driver’s License and Resisting a Police Officer on February 13, 2023 in the 2700 block of W. DeYoung St.

Antwon Brown, 33, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Methamphetamines in the area of N. Fifth St. and Brady Ave. on February 13, 2023.

Alicia Klisnick, 21, of Marion has been issued citations for Possession of Cannabis, Driving While License Suspended and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on February 14, 2023 in the area of W. Main St. and S. Second St.

Marcus Taylor, 35 of Plano, IL has been arrested for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and Driving While License Suspended on February 14, 2023 in the 900 block of S. Court St.

Jennifer Fonseca, 44, of Streator, IL has been issued a citation for Possession of Cannabis in the 900 block of S. Court St. on February 14, 2023.

Jacob Thompson, 38, of Marion has been arrested for Domestic Battery, Battery and Home Invasion on February 14, 2023 in the 400 block of E. Clark St.

John Watson, 42, of Marion has been arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property and Domestic Battery in the 600 block of S. Bentley St. on February 14, 2023.

Benjie Kent, 49, of Marion has been arrested for Battery, Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Use or Possession of a Weapon by a Felon on February 14, 2023 in the 2800 block of W. DeYoung St.

Susan Kent, 45, of Marion has been arrested for Battery in the 2800 block of W. DeYoung St on February 14, 2023.
