CARBONDALE – A 16-year-old Carbondale teen, missing since early this month, was found safe and in good health Wednesday according to Carbondale Police.

Amaree N. Johnson was last seen leaving his home in the 300 block of East Willow Street at about 11:30 p.m. on Labor Day. He was known to frequent the Tatum Heights and Lake Heights areas in Carbondale.

Police thank the public for their help in locating Johnson.
