CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police continue to investigate a report of shots fired in the 500 block of East College Street early Wednesday morning.

Police searched the area. They did not find any suspects or property damage from gunfire. No injuries were reported.

A witness told police they saw an unknown male wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and carrying a gun running south in the 500 block of South Logan Street. The subject was not found.
