Lola Young revealed that her new album, ‘I’m Only F**king Myself’, will be released on September 19th. Alongside her album reveal, Lola dropped her new single ‘Not Like That Anymore’ – billed as “a fist-in-the-air anthem built for shouting back at the world.” Take a listen: HERE.

Lola previously teased the announcement with a video that looked like she was blowing up a balloon (which actually turned out to be a blowup doll with Lola’s face Photoshopped onto it); that same doll appears alongside Lola on the cover of her new album.

Lola shares on Instagram: “I’m Only F**king Myself My ode to self sabotage, my chance to claw myself back from the edge of defeat. 19/09/2025”.  The new album will include Young’s latest single “One Thing,” and the new track “Not Like That Anymore.”

In addition, Young will launch a North American headlining tour Nov. 1 in Toronto, wrapping Dec. 7 in LA. Before that, she’ll perform at a slew of European festivals, including the U.K.’s Glastonbury and Lollapalooza Paris, plus the All Things Go Festival in New York and Maryland on Sept. 27 and 28.
