CARMI – Carmi Police arrested a Kentucky man Thursday for Domestic Battery after police investigated an incident involving a 3-year-old girl Monday at the Stewart Street Apartments.

Police say 25-year-old Ethyn D. Hicks of Robards, KY, injured the girl by bruising her bottom.

Hicks was taken to and lodged in the White County Jail.
