MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, May 24, 2024.

Brayden Evans, 22, of Marion was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2500 block of Blue Heron Drive on May 23, 2024.

Charles Hodge, 63, of Marion was issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License is Revoked, Open Vehicle Title, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with No Insurance in the area of North Grant Street and East Griggs Street on May 23, 2024.

Ocamia Williams-Stewart, 24, of Carbondale was arrested for Driving on a Suspended License and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver in the 2800 block of East Outer Drive on May 23, 2024.

John Veach, 57, of Marion was arrested for Theft in the 800 block of North Court Street on May 23, 2024.
