MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Jan. 22. 2024.

Linda Adrian, 25, of Johnston City was issued a citation for Illegal Possession of Cannabis on Jan. 16, 2024, in the 1400 block of Boulevard Street.

James Huettemann, 38, of McLeansboro was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration, Sex Offender residing within 500 ft. of School/Day Care and Sex Offender Loitering in a Prohibited Zone on Jan. 19, 2024, in the 500 block of East College Street.

John Powell, 38, of Mt. Vernon was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart and Obstruction Identification on Jan. 16, 2024.

Krista Overmyer, 52, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery in the 900 block of West Main Street on Jan. 17, 2024.

Kyle Huetsch, 36, of Creal Springs was arrested for Expired Registration and Possession of a Controlled Substance on Jan. 16, 2024, in the 100 block of North Court Street.

Jerry Williams, 40, of Marion has been arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on Jan. 17, 2024, in the 1000 block of West DeYoung Street.

Russell Weeaks Jr., 26, of DeSoto was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver on Jan. 16, 2024.

DeWayne Orendoff, 49, of Marion was arrested for Violation of Sex Offender Registration on Jan. 17, 2024 in the 1000 block of West DeYoung Street.
