BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information for publication on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023.

Thirty-five-year-old Jeremy M. Toth of Benton is wanted for Attempted Disarming a Peace Officer and Resisting a Peace Officer. His bail is set at $20,000.

Thirty-eight-year-old Melissa K. Borders of West Frankfort is wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine. Her bond is set at $75,000.

Thirty-three-year-old Steven T. Forgue of Cahokia is wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond is set at $20,000. His photo is not available.
