Dominique McDavis, 30, of Sturgis, KY has been issued citations for Improper Display of License Plate, Operating a Vehicle with Canceled Registration and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on Aug. 14, 2023, in the area of W. DeYoung St. and N. Carbon St.
Patrick Linck, 72, of Marion has been arrested for Retail Theft at Speakeasy Liquors and Aggravated Battery on Aug. 14, 2023.
Misty Copher, 45, of Marion has been arrested for Battery in the 300 block of N. Market St. on Aug. 14, 2023.
Elaina Kays, 47, of Sesser has been arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Aug. 15, 2023.
Dennis Lane, Jr., 34, of Carbondale has been arrested for Manufacture/Delivery/Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver on Aug. 8, 2023, in the area of Industrial Park Dr.
Adrian Hayes, 30, of Marion has been arrested for Posssession of Methamphetamines with Intent to Deliver and 2 counts of Possession of Cannabis by Driver on Aug. 15, 2023, in the 900 block of S. Court St.
Patrick Sawyer, 32, of Marion has been arrested for Obstructing Justice on Aug. 15, 2023, in the 100 block of W. Main St.
Charitie Lambie, 43, of Riverdale has been arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Cannabis on Aug. 16, 2023.
John Higginbotham, 28, of Marion has been issued a citation for Retail Theft at Lucky’s Liquor Store on Aug. 15, 2023.
Michael Barnett II, 33, of Marion has been arrested for Domestic Battery and Assault on August 16, 2023, in the 1900 block of Warren St.
Jonah Shaw, 30, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Violation of an Order of Protection on August 15, 2023, in the 1400 block of N. State St.
Carla Whitfield, 30, of West Frankfort has been arrested for Disorderly Conduct in the 2200 block of S. Court St.
Jordan Gibbs, 32, of Marion has been arrested for Theft and Aggravated battery in the 1400 block of W. Boulevard St. on Aug. 15, 2023.
