BENTON – The following warrant information was released by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for publication on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023.

 

Twenty-six-year-old Devin Eubanks of Sesser is wanted for Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer, Driving while License Suspended and Driving 35+ Miles Per Hour Over the Posted Speed Limit. His bail is set at $20,000. Eubanks is also wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant for Driving on a Suspended License. His bond is set at $5,000.

 

 

 

 

Thirty-six-year-old Scotie M. Slaten of Thompsonville is wanted on a Failure to Appear warrant for Aggravated Battery in a Public Place. His bond is set at $20,000.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thirty-eight-year-old Jason P. Pruitt of Zeigler is wanted for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine or a Substance Containing Methamphetamine and Driving while License Suspended. His bail is set at $20,000.
