BENTON – The following warrant information was made available by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for publication on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

Twenty-nine-year-old Zoie P. Milt is wanted in Franklin County for Domestic Battery. Her bail is set at $3,000. Her last known address was in Woodlawn.

Thirty-nine-year-old Michael S. Newberry of Benton is wanted in Franklin County for Retail Theft. His bail is set at $3,000. He is also wanted in Franklin County for Failure to Appear-Retail Theft. His bail on this warrant is set at $3,000.

Fifty-three-year-old Monte L. Donithan of Staunton, IL is wanted in Franklin County for Theft and Home Repair Fraud. His bond is set at $30,000. A picture of Donithan is not available.
