MARION – The following information was provided by the Marion Police Department on Monday, July 10, 2023.

George McNair, Jr., 59, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance on June 29, 2023 in the 1800 block of W. Main St.

Ricky Curtis, 65, of Johnston City has been issued citations for Operating an Electronic Communication Device while Driving and Driving While License Revoked on June 30, 2023 in the 200 block of E. DeYoung St.

Jaelyn Haynes, 20, of Marion has been arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of Cannabis on July 4, 2023 in the area of W. Main St. and N. Court St.

Anthony Chaney, 24, of Marion has been arrested for Possession of Cannabis on July 4, 2023 in the area of W. Main St. and N. Court St.

Travis Miller, 39, of Marion has been issued a citation for Domestic Battery in the 800 block of S. Carbon St. on July 4, 2023.

David Schoenecke, 70, of Marion has been arrested for Domestic Battery on the 300 block of E. Main St. on July 5, 2023.

Corey Eaves, 32, of Johnston City has been arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Methamphetamines in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on July 5, 2023.

John VanDyke, 46, of Carrier Mills has been arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While License Revoked in the area of DeYoung St. and State St. on July 5, 2023.

Katherine Schauf-Wiley, 33, of Carbondale has been arrested for Driving While License Revoked, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Display of Registration and Obstructed Registration in the 800 block of N. Russell St. on July 5, 2023.

Naomi Wright, 44, of Carterville has been issued citations for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While License Suspended on July 5, 2023 in the 1100 block of N. Carbon St.

Jamie Prewitt, 41, of Marion has been issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on July 6, 2023 in the area of N. Buchanan St. and E. Union St.

James Weinel, 45, of Marion has been issued a citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol on July 6, 2023 in the area of E. Jefferson St. and Cunningham St.

Kenneth Lindsey, 61, of Marion has been issued citations for Driving While License Revoked and for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol on July 6, 2023 in the area of E. Jefferson St. and Cunningham St.

Colleen Hanks, 35, of Marion has been issued a citation for Theft in the 700 block of E. DeYoung St. on July 7, 2023.
