Pritzker: Communities, Businesses Can Enact Mask Requirements

(IOCI RADIO) – Illinois’ mask mandate is set to be lifted next week, but Gov. J.B. Pritzker said Tuesday communities and businesses can impose their own mitigations if necessary.

Masks will no longer be required in most indoor places starting Monday, Pritzker said. That applies statewide, including Chicago.

The governor said private businesses can enact their own requirements as well.
