A man connected to the death of a Chester Police officer pleaded not guilty yesterday in court. 34 year old Jason Stoker was involved in a high speed chase in October that led to the death of Officer James Brockmeyer. Stoker is facing two counts of aggravated fleeing and eluding, and one count each of reckless homicide and first-degree murder. A case management hearing has been scheduled for January 5th in Chester, with jury selection beginning in February.
