The Marion Fire Department has made some big improvements so they can better serve the community. The fire department used money from a grant to purchase two custom made fire engines. To get the grant money, the town will be donating one of their older trucks to a training facility. The public will have a chance to check out the department’s new equipment at the Firefighters Community Day next Sunday, October 9th from 2-5:00 p.m. at the square in Marion.
