Harrisburg Doctor Accused of Murder is Facing New Charges



A Harrisburg doctor accused of murder is now facing new charges. Brian Burns is being accused of trying to solicit someone to kidnap Saline County State’s Attorney Michael Henshaw. Dr Burns was arrested in March for allegedly killing his estranged wife and he now faces solicitation, conspiracy, and attempted aggravated kidnapping. Henshaw says on September 13th Burns contacted a man by phone and agreed to pay him to kidnap Henshaw. A judge has set bail for Burns at $10 million or $1 million cash.
