A. Logan College Board of Trustees has voted to appoint Glenn Poshard to fill the seat of former trustee Bill Alstat. Poshard’s term starts immediately and previously he has served in the Illinois State Senate, the United State Congress, and as President of SIU. The board was given 60 days to fill the vacancy before the chairman of the Illinois Community College Board would fill it for them. Poshard will be taking over for Bill Alstat who passed away last month.
