According to the report, the caller is identifying themselves as an IRS agent and threatening the intended victim with fines or arrest if they don’t provide the caller with personal information. The Sheriff’s Department reminds you to never give out any personal information over the telephone. If you think you have received, or been the victim of such a call you should contact your local authorities.
