Franklin Co. – A Georgia man accused of killing three people from Franklin County and injuring two others in an accident in Atlanta last June is set to appear in court. According to a report from the Atlanta Police Department, Jorge Solis was driving the wrong direction on Interstate 75 when he struck a vehicle being driven by Mike Osborne of Franklin Co. head-on. In the car with Osborne was 49-year-old Mike Furlow, 9-year-old Kaybrin Osborne, 7-year-old Halle Young and then 3-year-old Clayton Flood. Furlow, Kaybrin Osborne and Halle Young were all killed in the accident. Flood and Mike Osborne suffered major injuries. A report from WSILTV states that Solis is being charged with first-degree vehicular homicide and is expected in court on April 4th.
