Students Gather to Rally at Gov. Rauner’s Budget Address

Springfield — College Students from around the state are making their feelings on the state’s budget crisis known, rallying during Governor Bruce Rauner’s Budget Address yesterday. A group of students from colleges and universities around the state took to the Capitol yesterday, even as Governor Rauner pushed several times during his speech for lawmakers to send an education funding bill.
