Former Pinckneyville Fire Protection District Bookkeeper Faces 20-Years in Prison

Pinckneyville — Tammy Kellerman, the former bookkeeper of the Pinckneyville Rural Fire Protection District is set for sentencing after pleading guilty to mail fraud. According to court documents, Kellerman stole more than 450-thousand dollars by using checks from the district’s personal account to pay off personal credit cards and other expenses. A sentencing date is set for May. Kellerman could face up to 20-years in prison.
