Randolph County Man Facing Charges After Crashing Into a Home

Chester — A Randolph County man is facing several charges after crashing into a home on Sunday, causing a fire. According to a report from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened on Walsh Road. Fire Crews and Police were dispatched to the home after it was hit by a vehicle and caught fire. Fire crews were able to put out the fire quickly. Police determined that the van was being driven by David Holder II of Chester. Holder was found and arrested the next day. He is being charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving with an expired license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
