Thanks to Deadline we’ve learned that Universal has acquired the script for Humbug (a retelling of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol), and plan to have Ice Cube star in the film.
There’s no official release date for Humbug yet, but Deadline speculates that it could be out in 2017.
