Suspect in Ohio I-75 Shooting Files Lots of Jail Complaints

(AP) An Illinois man accused of kidnapping a Kentucky woman and fatally shooting her last year in southwest Ohio has lodged dozens of complaints in jail. The Hamilton-Middletown Journal-News reports 41-year-old Terry Froman of Brookport has made 93 medical complaints and 59 inmate requests at the Warren County Jail. He’s been held for nearly a year awaiting trial. Defense attorney Melynda Cook says Froman is a diabetic and is having issues with the food. Warren County Sheriff Larry Sims says Froman complained from the start “about one thing or another.” A judge instructed a deputy to alert jail officials to Froman’s latest complaints. Froman is accused of killing his estranged girlfriend’s 17-year-old son in Kentucky, then killing her along Interstate 75 in Ohio. His trial is set for February.
