Man Recovering in St. Louis Area Hospital After West Frankfort Stabbing

A man is recovering in a St. Louis hospital after a stabbing in West Frankfort last night. According to a report from the West Frankfort Police Department, the incident happened on the 2200 block of East Elm Street, stemming from an argument between two women via text message. One of the women, along with another male showed up to the home and an argument started, leading to the man who showed up at the house being stabbed by a teenaged male. The incident remains under investigation, although police do have a suspect in custody. Names have not yet been released.
