Williamson County Attempting to Collect Embezzlers Retirement Money

Three Williamson County Clerks convicted of embezzlement could be paying the county back out of their retirement. Marsha Dickinson, Cheryl Cundiff and Kelly Trammell each plead guilty earlier this year to stealing more than 84 thousand dollars from the county while working as clerks. The conviction voided the women’s retirement funds. County Leaders are working to collect the money from the former employee’s retirement funds, which could total approximately 100 thousand dollars and would be separate from the restitution owed from the trio’s sentencing.
