Rudder Found Guilty of First Degree Murder in 2012 Death of Toddler

A Jackson County Jury has found Jarrod Rudder guilty of first degree murder in relation to the death of a two-year-old child in 2012. A report from the Circuit Clerk’s office shows that Rudder was found unanimously guilty in the death of his girlfriend’s son Michael Pulliam after prosecutors say Rudder swung the toddler by the arm into a wall, causing fatal brain injuries. Rudder is due back in court in August for sentencing.
