Illinois Senate Democrats planning on offering their own take on Governor Rauner’s “turnaround agenda.”

Illinois Senate Democrats are planning on offering their own take on Governor Bruce Rauner’s so-called “turnaround agenda.”  Senator Don Harmon says that the Democrats plan to address Rauner’s goal of reinvigorating the state’s economy by raising the state minimum wage, giving tax credit for college costs, guaranteeing seven paid sick days for all workers while ending business tax breaks to pay for those changes. As of this time, there has been no comment from either the Senate Republicans or The Rauner Administration.
