Zac Brown will be among the performers taking part in the upcoming Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. He will join rock guitarist Tom Morello in a tribute to one of this year’s inductees, Paul Butterfield Blues Band. The sold-out Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on April 18th in Cleveland, Ohio.
Other 2015 inductees include Ringo Starr, the “5″ Royals, Green Day, Bill Withers, Lou Reed, Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble and Joan Jett & the Blackhearts.
Dave Grohl, Joe Walsh, Gary Clark Jr., John Legend, Karen O, Nate Ruess, Beck and Jimmy Vaughan are all scheduled to perform musical tributes. Special appearances will be made by Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Patti Smith, J. Geils Band singer Peter Wolf, Fall Out Boy, John Mayer, Steve Cropper and Miley Cyrus.
Zac Brown band will also release their new album, Jekyll + Hyde, on April 28th which features the band’s chart-topping hit “Homegrown”.
